As a Risk and Policy Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting our risk teams to understand and implement the Risk Management Framework.

This is a key opportunity for an individual with strong analytical skills and experience working within complex environments to make a meaningful impact.

About the Opportunity

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating and collating relevant risk information required for reporting to management and the Board.
  • Reviewing and drafting multiple regular risk reports, including vital Board reporting for the Chief Risk Officer.
  • Assisting with the uplift and continuous improvement of risk reporting.
  • Supporting Group Risk Partners to understand the Risk Framework and requirements.

Key responsibilities include coordinating the review and update of all Group Policies, managing the implementation of new policies, and ensuring compliance with existing regulations.

Additionally, the ideal candidate will have experience building relationships with key stakeholders, prioritizing resources, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements
  • Graduate of Accounting, Finance, Law, or commensurate qualifications/experience.
  • Strong understanding of risk and controls methodology and approaches.
  • Previous experience working within complex environments with multiple stakeholders.
