Job Details

This entry-level position is an excellent opportunity to join our service team and deliver exceptional customer experiences through integrated reception, concierge, and administrative support.

About the Role
  • Deliver professional front-of-house and visitor services
  • Provide remote support for other sites
  • Manage room bookings and setup
  • Coordinate catering and cleaning services
  • Manage AV equipment and video conferencing facilities
  • Administer car park and locker facilities
  • Report defects and coordinate maintenance
  • Handle calls and provide teleconference support
  • Distribute mail and report on services
Requirements
  • Australian Citizenship is essential due to client requirements
  • Prior experience in hospitality or reception is preferred
  • Ability to obtain and hold an Agency PEP Clearance
