Customer Experience Expert

We are seeking an experienced customer service professional to provide exceptional experiences and create a welcoming atmosphere in our premium flexible workspace.

  • Provide a warm and professional welcome to all customers and visitors.
  • Conduct space tours for potential clients and manage the onboarding process.
  • Create personalized welcome packs that make new members feel valued.
  • Plan and execute community events that foster networking and collaboration.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and respond proactively to their needs.
  • Ensure immaculate presentation of all common areas and meeting spaces.
  • Manage meeting room bookings, setup, and audio-visual equipment.
  • Maintain kitchen areas, order supplies, and ensure consumables are stocked.
  • Handle mail and package services efficiently.
  • Participate as a Floor Warden in building emergency procedures.
  • Work with the Centre Manager to implement operational procedures.
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure service excellence.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the workspace environment.
  • Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and professional team culture.
  • Provide backup support to the Centre Manager as needed.

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously while managing multiple priorities.
  • Intermediate proficiency with MS Office (particularly Word and Excel).
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
  • Experience in relationship management with customers and vendors.
  • Experience in hospitality, customer service, or a similar concierge role.
  • Understanding of flexible workspace environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to create community in a professional setting.
  • Skills in digital and social media communication.
