Business Development Representative

We are seeking a skilled professional to provide exceptional customer support, expand our customer base, and drive key business projects.

  • Support existing customers via phone and email.
  • Stay up-to-date with system updates and solutions.
  • Create and maintain training resources.
  • Manage products and hardware.
  • Support the retail network via phone and email.
  • Manage product inventory and pricing.
  • Develop training processes.
  • Update hardware and software.
  • Manage marketing promotions.
  • Expand the customer base through sales prospecting and demos.
  • Install new customers and set budgets.
  • Drive key business projects, including retail efficiency processes and inventory management.
Requirements:
  • Telephone-based customer service experience and excellent communication skills.
  • A working knowledge of Ascend, Microsoft networking, desktop operating systems, and Office programs.
  • IT troubleshooting and SQL software experience or interest.
  • Experience in retail and retail management systems.
  • Project Management experience is a plus.
  • Availability for occasional out-of-hours and weekend support work, as well as occasional travel.
  • A positive demeanor in a busy environment.
