  • Process check-in/check-out functions, including general cashiering and processing of guest accounts, with accuracy and efficiency.

What We Need From You:

  • Excellent personal presentation and positive energy, with a focus on creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Proven skills in guest relations, problem solving, and time management, with a ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Previous Front Office/Reception experience in a luxury environment focused on attentive guest service, with a strong understanding of hospitality principles and practices.
  • Team Player - working across all Departments to deliver Great Hotels Guest Love.
  • Attention to detail - creating amazing guest service moments with the team.
  • Flexibility - working weekends and public holidays is required, with a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
  • The ability to work AM and PM shifts, including on weekends and public holidays, with a flexible approach to scheduling and workload.
