Job Title: Service Quality Assurance Officer

This role plays a key part in ensuring our customer service is of the highest standard.

  • The Service Quality Assurance Officer will work to maintain and improve customer service delivery across all channels, ensuring it meets our customer service standards and competency framework.
  • Responsibilities include contributing to the establishment of clear and measurable customer service quality standards, conducting quality evaluations of customer interactions, providing feedback and preparing summary reports to support internal teams and senior management.
  • The successful candidate will also be responsible for identifying training requirements and working with the Resource and Capability Team to create, manage and maintain customer service training modules.
