About The RoleThe key responsibilities of this role include delivering evidence-based nursing care to young people in custody across a 24/7 rotating roster, providing specialist mental health nursing interventions, and effectively managing critical incidents and emergency situations. You will also collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based interventions, and engage in 1:1 therapeutic work, clinical practice, advocacy, group facilitation, and mentorship/preceptorship.
