About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Guest Experience Officer to join our Holiday Park team. This role will be critical in supporting a seamless front-of-house experience, ensuring positive and engaging interactions with our guests.

This is a part-time opportunity, offering 16 hours per week, with a requirement to work every second weekend on a rotating roster. Flexibility is key, and we are happy to work with the team to accommodate preferred working days.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome every guest to Ingenia Holidays, explaining the park / resort, surrounding area, guest amenities and park activities
  • Actively sell and promote Ingenia Holidays as the ideal holiday destination by sharing the unique story of your park
  • Direct guest check in and check out and attend to general receptionist duties following correct procedures
  • Ensure high level of customer service is maintained at all times
  • Contact housekeeping or maintenance staff when residents/guests report problems
About You
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Previous experience in a similar role / industry
  • Computer literate using Microsoft Suite and booking software
  • Passionate about the tourism industry with a strong sales ability
  • Team player, strong attention to detail and well organised worker
