Housekeeping Attendant Role

We are seeking a friendly and professional Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at Ingenia Holidays Shoalhaven Heads.

About the Location

This coastal resort offers a range of accommodation options, including comfortable cabins and campsites. Our guests can enjoy access to the pool, pedal cart hire, a playground and fun school holiday activities.

The location is ideal for those who love the outdoors, with opportunities for fishing in the Shoalhaven River, visiting Seven Mile Beach or exploring local wineries.

About the Role

This is a casual role with the potential for additional hours during peak periods. As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will be responsible for cleaning rooms and other areas to ensure health standards and guest satisfaction.

  • Cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and public areas
  • Transporting linen, towels and cleaning supplies as required
  • Emptying bins and disposing of waste
  • Ensuring appliances are clean and functioning correctly
  • Removing expired food from refrigerators
  • Replenishing supplies in guest rooms and public areas
  • Disinfecting equipment and supplies
  • Reporting any damage or issues to the Site Manager
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Practical experience in a cleaning or housekeeping role
  • Experience working in a similar industry
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Well-organised and attention to detail
Estimated Salary Range

$25-$35 per hour, depending on experience.
