We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Holiday Park team as a Guest Experience Coordinator. This role is critical in ensuring seamless front-of-house interactions with our guests, providing a positive and engaging experience.

About the Role
  • Welcome every guest to Ingenia Holidays, explaining the park/resort, surrounding area, guest amenities, and park activities.
  • Actively promote Ingenia Holidays as the ideal holiday destination by sharing its unique story.
  • Direct guest check-in and check-out, attending to general receptionist duties following correct procedures.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service at all times.
  • Contact housekeeping or maintenance staff when residents/guests report problems.
About You
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Previous experience in a similar role/industry.
  • Computer literate using Microsoft Suite and booking software.
  • Passionate about the tourism industry with a strong sales ability.
  • Team player, strong attention to detail, and well-organized worker.
