The Opportunity:

We are seeking customer service professionals to fill a key role in our contact centre team as Customer Service Liaisons.

This is a full-time position based in our office, where you will be responsible for handling high volumes of inbound calls, clients, carers, family, and staff.

The Role:

  • Handling of high volume of inbound calls, clients, carers, family, and staff
  • Booking services and actioning variations to pre-existing services
  • Working in a team environment
  • Updating client information
  • Meeting critical deadlines and KPIs associated within a busy contact centre environment.

About You:

  • You will be someone that is calm and steady during busy periods.
  • Customer focused with an ability to find the best win-win outcome to resolve issues.
  • Experience in logistics and rostering (ideally in an aged care environment)
  • Previous experience working in customer service industry.
  • Well-developed communication skills
  • A high level of computer literacy

The Benefits:

  • Salary on offer $59,138 per annum ($29.92 per hour) plus 11.5% super
