About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Residential Cleaning Professional to join our team at Ingenia Holidays Shoalhaven Heads.

This is a casual role with the potential for additional hours during peak periods. You will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our holiday park facilities, including rooms, common areas, and equipment.

Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitise rooms and other work areas to meet health and guest standards
  • Transport cleaning supplies and equipment to designated areas
  • Empty bins and dispose of waste responsibly
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of storage areas
  • Provide excellent customer service to guests and respond to their needs in a timely manner
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a cleaning or housekeeping role
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards
