The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in hospitality IT, a deep understanding of industry trends and standards, and a proven track record in managing and implementing hotel management systems. Key responsibilities will include maintaining hotel management technology systems, implementing and integrating new technology solutions, guiding and training staff in the effective use of hotel business applications, and troubleshooting hardware or application issues.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have relevant certifications in hospitality systems, experience with APIs and system integration techniques, experience with data integration, data query and analysis techniques, and experience with Point-of-Sale systems. You will also need to have experience with a broad range of hotel operation technologies, including human resources, time management systems, and reporting software.
