This role will see you oversee and optimize the application technology in our hotels, ensuring seamless tech-based operations to enhance guest experience and boost internal efficiency.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining hotel management technology systems
  • Implementing and integrating new technology solutions
  • Guiding and training staff in the effective use of hotel business applications
  • Troubleshooting hardware or application issues
  • Supporting system upgrades and changes

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Relevant certifications in hospitality systems
  • 3-5 years of experience in IT roles within the hospitality industry
  • Experience with APIs and system integration techniques
  • Experience with data integration, data query, and analysis techniques
  • Experience with Point-of-Sale systems
  • Experience with a broad range of hotel operation technologies
  • Experience in managing service level agreements and working with vendor support teams
