We are constantly growing and looking for an experienced Enterprise Integration Lead to join us on our journey to becoming the trades' most valued partner.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to design enterprise integrations and support our vision and roadmap. You will be part of our cross-functional delivery teams based out of our Head Office in Cremorne, with a flexible hybrid working model.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will bring a combination of technology infrastructure, engineering, and analytical skills to help solve both customer and business challenges through enterprise integrations.
  • You will lead technical teams and collaborate with engineers to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • You will be responsible for designing and implementing cloud-based integrations using IPaaS platforms such as Snaplogic, Mulesoft, and Dell Boomi.
  • You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.

Requirements

  • You have extensive experience in cloud environments (AWS, Azure).
  • You are proficient in programming languages used at Reece: Java or Python.
  • You have hands-on knowledge in source control (GitHub), build systems (e.g., GitHub Actions), deployment (e.g., AWS CodeDeploy), and monitoring tools.
  • You are skilled in defining and capturing non-functional requirements, including availability, reliability, performance, and security.
  • You have strong leadership and communication skills.
