Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Transformation Lead to oversee the development of our infrastructure projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of project managers and ensuring the successful delivery of all projects within the program.

About You
  • You have extensive experience in technology infrastructure and/or enterprise program management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • You possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to coach and build high-functioning teams while positively influencing others to achieve results.
  • You are well-versed in project management methodologies, including PRINCE2, MSP, or Agile, and have significant experience in project prioritization, resource planning, financial management, and project-based procurement.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of project managers to ensure delivery of all projects within the program.
  • Provide coaching and support to project managers to ensure adoption of the ASIC Project Methodology (APM) and agile-based ways of working.
  • Evaluate and report on project progress, budgets, risks, and issues to governance boards such as the ITP Steering Committee, Transformation Portfolio Sub Committee (TPSC), EXCO, and the Commission.
  • Establish productive working relationships with other DD&T functions, including Information Technology, Digital, Data, Cyber Security, and corporate functions.
  • Effectively manage the PM resource pool within the program and collaborate with other resource managers to allocate resources effectively.
