About the Role:

As a Global Transformation Lead at NTT DATA, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and innovation. We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our global service management operations, ensuring seamless delivery of services to clients worldwide.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive regional service management and operational governance, collaborating with regions and countries to achieve shared goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize client relationships, identifying new opportunities for efficiency gains and cost reductions.
  • Oversee vendor readiness and process design activities, ensuring consistency across regions and promoting global process standardization.
  • Monitor ongoing cost reductions, continuous improvement, and transformation efforts, driving medium-term goal achievement and tactical results.
  • Act as a point of escalation for client satisfaction issues, resolving complex problems and removing friction between stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Advanced experience in IT Infrastructure services operations, with a strong background in outsourcing and large IT enterprise environments.
  • ITIL V3 Foundation certification or equivalent is preferred.
  • Certifications in data center (MCSE), Networks (CCNA/CCIE) or similar technology domains.

Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
