Customer Service Sales Support and Administration Role

Seek a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills to fill a part-time position in our sales and warehouse team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to customer service, sales support, and administrative tasks while being part of a purpose-driven business making a real impact.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process sales orders and coordinate freight logistics.
- Distribute documentation for incoming and outgoing orders shipments and products.
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth operations of our sales and warehouse teams.
- Assist bookkeeper with routine bookkeeping tasks.
- If time permits seek out and reach out to potential new customers to grow our customer base.
- Occasionally assist warehouse by packing customer orders up to 20kg.

Skills and Experience Required:

- At least one year of experience in customer service office administration or sales administration or a qualification in business administration.
- Excellent and confident communication skills with clear spoken English.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A problem-solving mindset able to thrive in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with CRM systems e.g. Netsuite Microsoft Dynamics Salesforce is an advantage but not essential.

Benefits:

- A part-time position approximately 24 hours per week with flexible hours across 5 days minimum 4 days with Monday being required due to weekly team meetings.
