Job Opportunity
We are seeking a Theatre Clerk to provide administrative support and facilitate the smooth operation of our service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, communicating effectively with stakeholders, and applying knowledge of health and medical terminology.
- Assist in data entry, record-keeping, and communication with stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with health and medical terminology standards.
- Communicate effectively with managers, colleagues, and the public.
- Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality.
Requirements
- Previous experience working in a similar support role.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a busy environment.
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service and maintaining patient privacy.
- Initiative to take on new challenges and work under broad supervision.
Working Conditions
This is a Category 'A' position requiring adherence to NSW Health policy directive PD2024_015. Proof of vaccination against influenza and OASV requirements apply.
