
Administration Assistant

This role is an opportunity for you to be part of our story in this part-time position, working with the sales, warehouse, and administration teams in our Queanbeyan office.
You will play a critical role in servicing customers and supporting your colleagues. You will bring your great attention to detail, organisational skills, and can-do attitude to help with the smooth processing of orders and office administration.
**The role includes**
- Assisting in the processing of incoming sales orders, including organising freight.
- Distributing documentation for incoming and outgoing products, orders, and freight.
- Providing general administrative support to sales, warehouse, and administration team colleagues to help the quick and efficient processing of orders and enquiries.
- Occasionally assist the warehouse in packing customer orders - up to 20kg.
- Assist the bookkeeper with routine bookkeeping tasks.
- Other duties as required.
- You will be required to work in the office **(no working from home, **we will only be considering applicants living in the Queanbeyan/Canberra region).
**Skills and experience**
This role is suited to applicants with at least one year of office or sales administration experience, customer service, or graduates with business administration qualifications.
To be suited for this role, you will:
- Be highly organised with a strong attention to detail.
- Be able to solve problems in a fast-moving and time-sensitive environment.
- Like to work closely with colleagues in a team environment but also own your day-to-day work with mínimal supervision.
- Experience with a sales customer relationship management (CRM) system such as Netsuite, Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce will be highly regarded but is not essential.
**We offer**
- A 5-day-a-week (at least 4 including Mondays and Tuesdays) position of around 25 hours a week.
