About the RoleAs a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting children and young people in their journey towards independence.
- Work closely with young people to develop their independent living skills, engage with education, social skills, and community engagement.
- Participate in planning and delivery of structured activities and implement household routines.
- Collaborate with a diverse team to share knowledge and insight to achieve best outcomes for children and young people.
As an advocate for vulnerable populations, your responsibilities will include:
- Documenting children and young people's goals, journey, and milestones.
- Supporting children and young people to achieve permanency so they have a stable home environment.
- Providing emotional support and guidance to young people in need.
