Leadership Role in Inland Network

We are seeking a visionary leader to provide clinical direction and vision to support safe and effective patient care within our Inland Network. This leadership role will be responsible for providing professional leadership and training to clinicians across multiple disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional leadership and support training to clinicians across multiple disciplines, ensuring optimal patient outcomes through Collaboration, Openness, Respect and Empowerment with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Clinical leadership should lead to optimal patient outcomes through Collaboration, Openness, Respect and Empowerment with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support work in human resource management, clinical governance and service improvement in a specialized area.

Selection Criteria:

  • Evidence of specialist registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Demonstrate a history of clinical excellence, commitment to clinical leadership and achievements in clinical leadership.
  • Effective clinical communication through information technology and written, verbal and interpersonal skills.

Requirements:

  • Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) registration.
  • Fellowship of the relevant medical college.
  • Commitment to teaching, continuing education, research and quality improvement.
