Workplace Relations Specialist

The Workplace Relations Specialist will provide expert advice on workplace relations matters, coach and support managers in handling performance and conduct issues, and develop policies to support employment terms and conditions.
About the Role:- Provide industrial relations guidance to ensure legislative compliance and manage a range of workplace relations issues.
- Implement a person-centred approach to case management, balancing process with employee wellbeing.
- Offer timely and sound industrial relations advice to ensure legal compliance.
- Cultivate disciplined case management practices, providing timely updates to relevant systems and records.
- Develop and review organisational policies, procedures, and guidelines to support employment agreements.
- Create resources like toolkits and materials to enhance manager capability.
- A tertiary qualification in human resources, industrial relations, or employment law is highly regarded.
- Proven experience in a workplace relations role, preferably within a health industry setting.
- Expertise in regulatory interpretation and application.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Skills in research, analysis, and policy development.
