Expert Workplace Relations Lawyer

We seek a seasoned professional to join our dynamic employment and industrial relations team as a Workplace Relations & WHS Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert advice on workplace relations, employment contracts, and industrial relations matters.
- Offer counsel on compliance with Work Health and Safety regulations.
- Represent clients in workplace disputes, investigations, and tribunal hearings.
- Draft, review, and negotiate employment-related documents.
- Stay up-to-date on legal developments in workplace relations and WHS.
- Minimum of 4-5 years' post-qualification experience in workplace relations and WHS.
- Proven track record of handling complex workplace relations and safety matters.
- Strong understanding of employment law, industrial relations, and WHS regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
