The Network Operations Leader oversees the readiness of Sonder's NSW, VIC, and ACT responder network operations.

  • Responsibilities include managing responder compliance, mandatory training schedules, and accreditation records.
  • The role involves delivering and monitoring training programs, building and sustaining responder capability and confidence.
  • Key responsibilities also include monitoring responder performance, building on-call rosters, and leading recruitment, onboarding, and assessment processes.
  • Candidates should have experience in emergency services, clinical leadership, military, security operations, or similar high-accountability fields.
  • They should also have 5+ years of leadership experience, including managing teams, training, and operational processes.
