Job Title:

Response Network Operations Lead

">Job Description:

In this pivotal role, you will oversee the readiness and operational efficiency of our responder network across NSW, VIC, and ACT.

Key responsibilities include managing compliance, accreditation, and training programs to ensure seamless support delivery. You will be responsible for designing and implementing effective training strategies, monitoring responder performance, and maintaining on-call rosters.

A key focus area will be building and sustaining a high-performing team through strong leadership, coaching, and influencing. This includes fostering a culture of continuous improvement, adaptability, and resilience in the face of dynamic environments.

">Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in emergency services, clinical leadership, military, security operations, or a similar field with a proven track record in people management and operational processes.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience in leading teams, developing talent, and driving business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information to various stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks effectively, and making sound decisions under pressure.
