Job Description:

As a seasoned healthcare professional, we are seeking an exceptional individual to lead our Emergency Services department.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the clinical performance of our emergency department and EMS setting, ensuring seamless operations and delivering top-notch patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling and maintenance of payroll hours for ED and RCAS
  • Supervising and mentoring staff while guaranteeing quality of care
  • Financial management and oversight of the departments
  • Supervision of RCAS volunteers

Requirements:

  • 5 years of ED experience
  • 2-3 years of leadership or supervisory experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A.S. or BSN graduate of an accredited School of Nursing, BSN preferred
