Key Responsibilities- Design personalized global client journey flows based on lifecycle stages, loyalty segments, and preferences.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to strategize and execute 1:1 outreach programs to maximize client retention and loyalty.
- Develop strategic web behavior-triggered communications that respond to browsing patterns while maintaining brand standards.
- Lead testing initiatives with control groups to optimize campaign effectiveness and enhance personalization.
- Establish omnichannel program KPIs focused on lifetime value, retention, and loyalty engagement.
The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive omnichannel client experiences.
