Job Opportunity: Senior Support Professional

This is an exceptional chance to secure a senior role in a high-performing legal organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience as a Legal EA, Legal Secretary or Legal Assistant, with a strong track record of managing busy workloads and developing relationships with clients and senior stakeholders.

The Managing Partner is a leader who prioritizes business development and marketing, and is seeking a support professional to help him manage his work-life balance while ensuring the smooth-running of the legal practice. As an experienced legal support professional, you will be responsible for overseeing the practice floor, including matters and billing cycles, while working closely with senior level stakeholders.

About this opportunity:

  • At least three years of experience in a busy legal support role at Partner or GC level;
  • Experience managing busy workloads and developing relationships with clients and other senior stakeholders;
  • An interest in business development/marketing and/or events and a commitment to working in a support role;
  • Self-starter with adaptability to take on various tasks in a fast-moving environment.
