Corporate Services Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Services Manager to join our leadership team in Sydney CBD. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial management and reporting functions, providing strategic financial insights, and leading and building the capability of the Administration and Finance departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing financial operations and reporting
  • Providing strategic financial insights
  • Leading and building the capability of the Administration and Finance departments
  • Ensuring regulatory compliance and effective controls
  • Leading financial reporting and analysis
  • Managing budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Government reporting and assisting in securing new funding
  • Development and review of financial policies and procedures
  • Driving continuous quality improvement
Requirements:
  • Someone who is preparing to step up into a CFO role in the next 2-3 years
  • Tertiary qualification in Finance or equivalent
  • 5+ years of relevant professional accounting experience
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent analytical, critical thinking, communication and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel
  • CPA Australia or Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia CA membership
