Your new role:
As our business in NSW continues to thrive, we're seeking an experienced and dynamic Corporate Services Manager to join our Corporate Services team.
You will be a key member of our management team, reporting directly to the head of our Business Advisory Services division and working closely with the broader Business Advisory Services Director and Manager group.
You'll be supported by an existing team, currently comprising a Corporate Services Administrator and a Corporate Services Assistant.
Responsibilities:- Manage the Corporate Services team that provides corporate services to our 3,000+ corporate clients, including company incorporations and deregistrations, establishing discretionary and unit trusts, and attending to compliance obligations.
- Develop and execute a strategy for the overall management and streamlining of corporate services.
- Identify opportunities to improve and streamline processes, including through better use of technology.
- Educate and train professional staff and partners on corporate governance principles and practices.
We're looking for an individual who brings fresh, innovative ideas to help us achieve our goals.
About you:
The ideal candidate will have a breadth of experience in corporate governance, including senior company secretarial roles, governance qualifications, and a detailed understanding of the Corporations Act.
You'll also need to have experience within a professional services firm, be self-motivated and well-organised, and possess excellent communication skills.
