Job Summary

The Territory Manager is responsible for managing sales activities within a designated territory and meeting or exceeding sales objectives. This involves promoting education programs to customers, reporting on market trends and competitor activity, and creating sustainable business by satisfying customer needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Meet established revenue goals and KPIs.
  • Manage Education programs for the territory.
  • Report on territory trends and competitor activity.
  • Create long-term sustainable business by best satisfying customers' needs.

Requirements:
Education / Experience Requirements:
An Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Skills:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals and financial reports. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or customers.

Travel Requirements:
Significant and frequent travel on own territory (90%). Infrequent international travel.

Compensation Package:
We offer a competitive salary of approximately $80,000 per annum, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
