Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team in Darwin.
Salary: $75,000 - $100,000 + Super (experience dependent) + Bonus
About the Role:
- Deliver case management and coordinate rehabilitation services to help clients recover from injury or illness.
- Identify Return to Work (RTW) barriers and develop tailored rehabilitation programs to ensure successful outcomes.
- Provide support for clients to restore their functional performance and achieve a seamless return to work.
- Conduct pre-employment health and functional assessments to ensure workplace safety.
- Liaise with various stakeholders to provide viable solutions and recommendations for clients.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Nursing, Psychology, or Social Work.
- AHPRA registration or ESSA membership.
- Unrestricted Australian working rights.
- Current driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle.
