Job Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to support the implementation of our Workday HRIS platform as a Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with HR, IT, and external vendors to gather and document business requirements for the Workday implementation.
  • Map current and future state HR processes and identify gaps to support process redesign.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
  • Support testing activities, including test planning, execution, and defect resolution.
  • Assist with data migration, user training, and change management initiatives.
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Business Analyst on HRIS (Workday preferred) or similar enterprise system implementations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a project environment.
  • Proactive mindset and passion for helping people adopt new technologies and processes.
