Are you a strategic HR leader who thrives in complex environments? We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to drive high-level HR services across our organization.

Job Description:
  • This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver people initiatives and optimize HR processes through digitization and automation.
  • You will be responsible for resolving complex HR enquiries, managing workforce administration, and developing performance management frameworks.
  • Key responsibilities include:
  • Resolve complex HR issues and provide data-driven insights to inform organizational decision-making.
  • Support the delivery of people programs and promote self-service optimization.
  • Manage workforce administration, including mass changes, executive separations, and employment documentation.
  • Review and maintain HR policies, procedures, and templates.
  • Implement improvements to digitize and automate HR processes across all service areas.
  • Develop and maintain performance management frameworks and support annual review processes.
  • Conduct job evaluations and contribute to total reward programs and benchmarking.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a senior HR business partnering role with a strong understanding of HR operations and strategic planning.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and data reporting tools.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field.
