Be part of a collaborative and supportive team within a well-respected organisation embarking on a major HR systems integration program. This is an exciting opportunity to join at the start of a significant program of work, where your expertise will help shape and deliver solutions that impact the entire organisation.
As a Business Analyst, you'll play a key role in process mapping, requirements gathering, and documentation as the business integrates HR systems into existing platforms. You'll join a stable, inclusive, high-performing team that values communication, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
What You'll Be Responsible For
- Partnering with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyse business requirements.
- Mapping current and future state processes to support integration and improvement initiatives.
- Producing high-quality documentation, diagrams, and reports for steering committees and technical teams.
- Contributing to the design and enhancement of HR-related systems and workflows.
- Supporting the testing and implementation phases to ensure smooth delivery of project milestones.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in HR or enterprise systems environments.
- Strong skills in process mapping, business improvement analysis, and documentation using tools like Visio.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively across teams.
- A collaborative, proactive attitude and the ability to adapt in a dynamic project environment.
- Experience in HR systems projects, with exposure to Workday considered beneficial but not essential.
