About the Role

As a valuable member of our team, you will provide support and assistance across various events, workshops, seminars, outreach initiatives, and administrative functions within the Macquarie Business School.

  • You will assist with event setup and packing up, as well as associated logistics and delivery. This may include providing technical support for online workshops and hybrid classes via Zoom and MS Teams, ensuring seamless interaction between in-person and online participants.

  • You will also be responsible for providing general information and advice to students, parents, and other stakeholders at events related to studying at Macquarie Business School. This includes participating in campus tours and guiding participants around campus, supporting interactive program activities and information sessions.

  • Your tasks will also involve promoting events and providing straightforward administrative assistance for student experience activities, including data collection and complex administrative activities under supervision.

  • Additionally, you may be required to participate in social media activities such as appearing in promotional videos and photographs to promote the faculty.
