Salary Package: $111,000 per annum (HEW Level 7), plus 17% Super
Contract Type: Full-time, 2 Year Fixed term contract
Location: Macquarie University, Wallumattagal Campus, Dharug land, North Ryde

- Due to an internal move, we are looking for Student Recruitment Consultant.

You will collaborate with the Director of Undergraduate Student Recruitment to design effective recruitment strategies and provide data analysis, reporting, and presentations that offer valuable insights and identify opportunities for growth.

This role is in the portfolio of the Future Students which coordinates the student recruitment strategy of the University and supports Faculties and other portfolios in their student recruitment activities, events, collaboration, and engagement.

What you will do- Develop and implement innovative recruitment initiatives targeting non-school leaver applicants for all faculties and Macquarie University College.-
- Represent Macquarie University at recruitment events, providing advice and insights to prospective students.- Analyse market trends and provide data-driven recommendations to senior management.- Manage multiple projects and collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance student recruitment strategies.- Deliver engaging presentations and campus tours to prospective students and influencers.- Contribute to knowledge development of the Student Ambassadors within Domestic Future Students and facilitate recruitment and promotional activities and events.

Selection Criteria- A degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).- Strong knowledge of the higher education sector and the prospective student journey.- Understanding of the higher education sector and the end-to-end prospective student journey.- Knowledge of project management principles and sales strategies with experience in developing and implementing sales strategies, campaigns and initiatives to achieve targets.- Proven experience in student recruitment, engagement, or sales strategy.- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.- Strong analytical skills with experience in using data insights to drive growth.- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
