Senior Restructuring Lawyer

We are seeking a skilled Senior Restructuring Lawyer to join our team. As a key member of our Restructuring and Insolvency group, you will be responsible for assisting with complex restructuring matters.
About the RoleThis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced lawyer to further their career in restructuring. You will work closely with our teams on top-tier, technical banking transactions and other corporate matters.
Your Key Responsibilities- Assist with complex restructuring matters, including advising clients on strategic options and implementing plans.
- Collaborate with our teams on high-profile, technical banking transactions, ensuring that deals are executed efficiently and effectively.
- Contribute to client service, providing commercial advice and supporting the development of client relationships.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Significant experience in restructuring and insolvency advisory, gained within a top-tier firm or through a combination of top-tier and in-house experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
- Solid drafting ability, with a focus on producing high-quality documents.
- A commercial approach, with the ability to negotiate effectively and build strong relationships with clients.
- Strong analytical skills, with attention to detail and the ability to identify opportunities for growth.
