Enthusiast is a niche underwriting agency specialising in providing motor insurance to people who really care about their cars. This role is for a motor claims specialist with great car knowledge who excels at delivering operational excellence and exceptional customer outcomes. This is an opportunity for a motivated individual to be part of a growing insurance business. You will be nurtured to become a motor insurance expert and will be part of the claims team providing end to end management of motor claims.

This role is for a motor claims specialist with great car knowledge who excels at delivering operational excellence and exceptional customer outcomes. The Motor Claims Specialist works closely with a small team to provide support for the insurance claims management of Enthusiast providing end to end management of motor claims, including initial claims lodgement, determining risk coverage and liability, investigation, assessment, negotiation, and settlement.

Responsibilities
  • Provide end to end management of motor insurance claims, including initial lodgement, determining risk coverage and liability, investigation, assessment, negotiation, and settlement.
  • Collaborate with a small claims team to deliver operational excellence and exceptional customer outcomes.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of managing end to end motor insurance claims
  • Strong decision making skills with an ability to analyse facts and draw appropriate conclusions
  • Previous experience managing complaints and disputes
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship building
  • Team work demonstrated by self motivation, reliability, integrity and responsiveness
