Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at our Audiology Clinic in Claremont, WA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring a seamless experience from initial contact to appointment scheduling and beyond.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Engagement: Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person to address inquiries, provide product information, and offer personalized solutions.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule appointments for hearing assessments and consultations with expert audiologists, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
- Product Support: Assist clients in navigating our cutting-edge hearing devices and accessories, providing expert guidance and support.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve client concerns promptly, ensuring a positive experience and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Marketing and Promotion: Engage in local marketing efforts to promote the clinic and its services, contributing to the growth and success of our business.
- Administrative Support: Perform minor hearing aid repairs, as well as other administrative tasks as required.
- Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in high-quality customer service, preferably in a retail or allied health environment.
- Technical Skills: Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in CRM systems and appointment book management.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and management.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Teamwork and Adaptability: A positive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to work autonomously and adapt to changing circumstances.
