About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team at Komatsu Australia. As a key member of our sales and service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our parts sales, order management, deliveries, and warehousing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Manage and process customer orders, including parts sales and deliveries, in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with our warehouse and logistics teams to ensure seamless delivery of parts and products.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Work closely with our sales team to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Requirements
  • Current driver's license.
  • Demonstrated resilience and composure in pressure situations.
  • Ability to work as an active team member and without supervision.
  • Flexibility to work the hours required to meet the needs of the business.
  • Commitment to safety for yourself and others.
  • Intermediate computer skills.
