Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Customer Service Specialist to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, communicating effectively with clients, and ensuring seamless operations within the warehouse.


As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for reviewing purchase orders, coordinating with the warehouse team, and performing data entry tasks. You will also build strong relationships with customers, provide efficient responses to inquiries, and resolve concerns promptly.


Key Responsibilities
  • Review purchase orders and shipment contents prior to release
  • Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure operational tasks are met
  • Perform data entry, job creation, billing, and general administrative duties as assigned
  • Build strong relationships with customers and provide second-to-none customer service
  • Ensure consistent customer satisfaction by responding to inquiries, addressing issues, and resolving concerns promptly

Requirements
  • Experience in contract logistics, 3PL, and customer service
  • Driver's license is essential
  • General shipping and logistics knowledge
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and value your own contribution to the team
  • Self-motivation, fulfilling daily tasks and goals with minimum supervision
