Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Customer Service Operations Coordinator. This is a full-time opportunity with a renowned leader in the automotive industry.

In this position, you will be responsible for coordinating appointments between stakeholders, ensuring efficient communication with dealerships, clients, and workshops, and resolving customer queries in a timely manner.

You will also be processing incoming orders accurately, participating in team meetings, and managing invoice processing.
