Job Description:

As a Senior General Manager, you will be responsible for managing a large team, ensuring efficient service flow, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. You will have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals and develop your skills in a fast-paced, competitive industry.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Senior Venue Manager or General Manager in a high-volume venue (400+ pax capacity)
  • Strong commercial acumen - cost control, labour management, budgeting, and revenue target achievement
  • Valid RSA certification
