Venue Operations Manager

Key to our success is the appointment of a highly skilled Venue Operations Manager. This is a leadership opportunity for someone who can effectively manage the daily operations of our new venue in Charlestown Square, ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
Main Responsibilities:- To provide day-to-day management of the venue's operational systems.
- Lead by example and drive exceptional customer service across all touchpoints.
- Maintain venue cleanliness standards, ensuring a welcoming environment for customers.
- Manage inventory and stock control, maximizing efficiency and minimizing waste.
- Ensure health & safety standards are met and maintain a safe work environment for employees and customers.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer experience and increase sales.
- Proven experience in a senior operational role within retail or hospitality.
- A people person with excellent leadership skills, able to motivate and inspire their team.
- A proactive individual with a positive attitude, always seeking ways to improve processes and services.
- Organized, efficient, and effective in managing multiple tasks and priorities.
- Able to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
