Stryker Australia Pty Ltd seeks an ambitious and customer-focused individual to fill the role of Medical Device Sales Representative in our Neurosurgical division based in Sydney, New South Wales.

The estimated salary for this position is AU$85,000 - AU$110,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description

This role involves selling capital products primarily in a field-based setting. You will work closely with key hospital contacts to maximize business opportunities and provide added value to customers through your product knowledge and understanding of their preferences and needs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Sales Plans: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve growth and market share targets.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong working relationships with healthcare professionals to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Clinical Support: Provide clinical and technical insights to customers and assist in resolving product issues.
  • Territory Management: Monitor and analyze territory performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the maintenance of product inventory to ensure timely delivery to customers.
