About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Specialist to join our team at Matrix Medical Innovations. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and demonstrating our innovative medical devices to healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide product demonstrations and training to healthcare providers, explaining the features and benefits of our medical devices.
  • Offer expert in-theatre clinical support to our surgeon customers utilising our products.
  • Develop strong relationships with key customers, including hospitals, clinics, and medical practices.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Gather customer feedback and communicate it to the product development team to help improve our offerings.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and competitor activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in a medical sales or product specialist role in the healthcare industry.
  • Strong technical understanding of medical devices and the ability to explain complex products in a clear and engaging manner.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel within the local area, and on occasion interstate, to meet with customers.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or certifications in a healthcare-related field are highly desirable.
