We're seeking a highly motivated Medical Device Sales Professional to join our team in this exciting Inside Sales role. As an Inside Sales Specialist, you'll play a critical part in communicating with patients, understanding their needs, and providing exceptional service to drive sales growth.
The ideal candidate will have prior B2B or B2C experience, preferably in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry. Knowledge of managed care and experience supporting patients with diabetes are also highly valued.

Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell Insulet's products to prospective customers, leveraging a deep understanding of how our products are used and the benefits they provide.
- Manage a sales pipeline, effectively moving leads through a short-term sales cycle with speed, precision, and transparency.
- Collaborate with internal reimbursement and field sales teams to convert leads into shipped customers.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to support continuous process improvement.
- Perform a broad range of complex and challenging sales and service-related duties and administrative tasks.
Skillset and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, with 1-3 years of sales experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and close interested patients in the Omnipod Insulin Management System.
About the Opportunity:
- This Inside Sales Specialist role offers a competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
