Director of Ministry and Strategy

The role is to coordinate the implementation of overall Children's Ministries and Women's Ministries strategy for a Christian organisation. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to nurture and disciple children and empower women
  • Ensure effective communication and cross-cultural relations
  • Contribute to the Ministry and Strategy team at the head office
Selection Criteria
  • Practising baptised member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church with strong commitment to the Church and its mission
  • Tertiary qualifications in theology, education, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years leadership experience in ministries, specialising in children and/or women
  • Comprehensive background in nurturing and discipling children and commitment to pastoral care of women
  • Strategic thinker with experience planning and implementing ministry initiatives
  • Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural communication abilities, with effective presentation skills
  • Passion for evangelism, discipleship, and empowerment of women and children
  • Current working with children check clearance for relevant jurisdiction
